“What can I say, you guys made my Dad's 80th birthday so unbelievably special!! As soon as I saw Legends of Soul's videos I knew they would make the event, and boy was I right!! It was a big celebration at 150 people and we are still getting comments about it, mainly about the band. Legends of Soul have a fantastic set list to choose from and me and my parents chose almost every song they suggested...”“What can I say, you guys made my Dad's 80th birthday so unbelievably special!! It was a big celebration at 150 people and we are still getting comments about it, mainly about the band. Legends of Soul have a fantastic set list to choose from and me and my parents chose almost every song they suggested. We wanted quite a bit of reggae as my dad is Jamaican so they really can do it all. Their set was tight, and you could tell they all worked hard to ensure it stayed that way. From the drummer, to bass, to guitar and the incredible vocalist, everything was spot on.  Our guests felt like they were at a gig, people were dancing and singing along. They even accommodated me singing a song for my Dad. Simply put, if you are hesitating between bands, you will not be disappointed. Richard stayed in good contact up to the night of our event. “Jo was a great addition to our party! Everyone loved her voice and sass.... This woman has SOUL!!! A great mix of songs were sang and Jo entertained our party - was a great day and so glad Jo was able to be a part of it too.”

Firstly once we booked them we didn’t really have to do anything! We spoke with Richard a few months beforehand about what we would like and went through the plans for the day and it was as easy as that! Richard and the band organised every last detail and even visited our venue to ensure that everything would run smoothly. The communication was excellent and we did not have to worry about anything. On the day the band arrived on time they we all so friendly, professional and they sounded fabulous. The song choice was great, vocals and acoustics were outstanding. All of our guests were all up dancing and they chatted to our guests in the break which was lovely. Following the wedding we have had so many comments from our guests saying how great the band were and have been asking where else they play! I am so glad that we decided to choose Legends of Soul for our wedding reception, all very talented musicians and it genuinely wouldn’t have been the same without them Thank you!” Read more
