All present felt the band played well, playing quiet sensitive dinner jazz during our meal and more up-beat music for dancing. They responded to requests and paused when asked to for wedding speeches etc. If anything, they exceeded our expectations. On the night, the band themselves were quick to set up, well presented, and flexible. They were unobtrusive when they needed to be, being quiet during speeches and our bridal waltz, and kicked off with gusto once more after that. Sue Barron has gathered around her excellent and sensitive musicians who could quietly accompany a diner or have a room dancing. More than highly recommended.” Read more

I was able to listen to recordings of the Sue Baron Jazz quartet before choosing them. Once I had decided on them for my wedding, the Alive Network provided me with security and a point of contact for any problems: the price was more than reasonable. On the night, the band themselves were quick to set up, well presented, and flexible.
