The set list they played was ideal and just what we hoped for. We had so many guests from the day wanted to know where we found the band. We have had nothing but great responses from people! They got everyone dancing immediately and sounded terrific. They were professional and friendly and made our evening reception everything we hoped it would be. They are a great band and their CD does not do them justice! The whole experience was first rate. So thank you again for providing us with such a great band. We would not hesitate to recommend them in the future. ” Read more

“Gold provided an excellent performance for our wedding, giving an extra special something to an already fantastic day. They allowed a cousin to sing our 1st song which was very much appreciated. A very nice touch was allowing one of my relations to perform a song at our wedding. V.I.P. were first class. Please accept our kindest thanks for a most brilliant way to help celebrate our special day. The style of music and the way they performed was second to none. Their performance was thoroughly enjoyed by young and old alike, whoever they perform for in the future will not be disappointed. Roger Suttle - wedding - Nottingham – May 2003.” Read more

As you know they flew out to Paris last week to play at our Gala dinner (for 600 people!) what can I say? they were amazing! I collected the band from the airport and was with them most of the day. There were a few hiccups regarding the equipment that I had arranged for them but they remained calm (calmer then I was!!) and didn't moan once about having to hang around for most of the day waiting for certain things to be delivered. I have had nothing but positive feedback from everyone who was at the dinner. Once again Hipster had the people of Pearson up and on the dance floor the second they started to play. I can honestly say that they are the best band that I have seen play at any Pearson event and will always recommend them for any future bookings. Please pass on my regards to Joe, Ben, Rich and Tom and thank them for being such Super Stars (even though they did tease me about making up my own words for certain pieces of equipment!!) I also wanted to thank you for all your help in the run up to the conference! Kind Regards ” Read more
