“Wow!!! What a band! What an atmosphere they created!! Debbie's voice is second to none, and Roger nails the sound of Britpop..... The band were booked for a joint 50th and 18th, so we definitely didn't want a wedding band doing 60's, 70's and 80's and these guys are as far away as you can get from the "wedding singer" vibe. Faithless, Underworld, D Ream, Candi Staton to Oasis, Pulp and Backstreet Boys. The dance floor was heaving, you literally couldn't get another body on it (there was 200 at the party), my 18 year old son and his friends were bouncing at the front along with friends in their 50's and 60's - everybody was back in the 20th century, Rocking the 90's!”
“Mix it up played at our wedding on 15/7/23. The only word to describe them is amazing. From the communication prior to the event and to the two live sets in the evening. They learnt our first dance song in about a week and it was beautiful. Their voices and harmonies were superb. Everyone after the wedding said how great they were and couldn’t get over their voices! If you want a slightly non-traditional, dance/pop band then you need to book mix it up! For any future events I would 100% ask them to play again”

They are so professional and made sure that their set list reflected my musical passions - they really care about providing the perfect bespoke soundtrack to your occasion. They didn’t disappoint. Everyone commented on the fantastic music, found their groove and ended up on the dance floor. I couldn’t have wished for a more fabulous farewell to the world of work, and Han and Stu were at the heart of an unforgettable, sparkly and sassy evening. “We were in Tipis in a field during appalling weather and Fleur and the band pulled it out of the bag, they were brilliant. You could tell they all enjoyed what they were playing and were enjoying themselves and that spilled over into my guests. Every person there (90) seemed to approach me and ask who they were and compliment them. I’m not much of a dancer these days but seemed to spend all night on the floor as every song was too good to resist. This is the first time I’ve hired a band and it will not be the last Thank you so much for turning what felt like an impending disaster into a night to remember to everyone there.”
