“Sorry about the delay in replying to your email - we've been away on honeymoon and moving house so all a bit busy! Hipster were REALLY fantastic - the songs they played were a good mixture and exactly what we wanted. They were great at getting everyone up dancing- the dance floor was literally packed all night! They were fantastic and really rocked our party, they played a great medley of songs and seemed to gauge our requirements exactly, these guys are true professionals. Guests are still commenting on how fantastic they were, they were money well spent. In terms of Alive Network and yourself Martyn, I thought the website is fantastic as you can hear samples of the band before you book and check availability online, which is absolutely great. Then when the quote came through from yourself, the speed at which you dealt with all of our enquiries was brilliant and because we spoke to only you we felt we got a really personal service. Nothing seemed too much trouble and this follow up email certainly shows your commitment to customer service.
