Her professionalism was heralded from the outset when she requested time to explore the aims of the conference prior to the event. Michelle then very ably tailored her presentation to meet the event’s aspirations. The effect was breath-taking and highly effective. Her speech and support to the ensuing workshop was exceptional and the feedback was that it had greatly enriched delegate’s experience. Fantastic!”
