“We booked The Upstarts for our wedding after falling in love with their setlist. They were, in short, incredible. Firstly, Rob was an absolute pleasure to speak to before, during and after the event, making organisation of the band on the night as easy as possible. The band even accommodated a couple of last minute requests, which I was so grateful for and demonstrates their commitment to the performance. On the performance, The Upstarts had the entire wedding party on the dance floor from start to finish, playing a fantastic range of songs which appealed to everybody of all ages. They really played to the room. But they also went above and beyond, interacting with the crowd and even letting me join them on stage on trombone for a tune or two, which meant a lot to me and my family. For anyone wanting a book a band of very talented musicians who will bring a huge party to your event, you must book The Upstarts!”

“We first saw The Mash Ups in a pub close to where we used to live. We immediately booked them for our wedding owing to their talent and the energy they brought to their performance. This was one of, if not the best decision we made for our wedding. In the build up they were so helpful with helping us curate the music and handled all the technical bits which took pressure off us. The two of them even learned the music for our first dance, combining two versions of our favourite song. It was such a special day and they were a huge part of making it so. All of our guests came up to us and said how good they were, both with their performance and the DJ’ing they did in the evening. We cannot commend or thank the two of them enough”

He took time to communicate with us, even learnt a song from our favourite TV show, and had an endless song list for us to choose from to match our vibe spot on. “We were so happy with Clissold Jazz! We hired the Clissold Jazz Trio featuring sax, guitar and double bass for a surprise birthday party in our garden this summer, and they were wonderful. As well as being tip top musicians, they were all friendly and professional, and flexible around our needs on the day. We had so many nice comments from our guests - they added something really special to our party and I would highly recommend them.”

“We had a festival themed wedding and were looking for a rock band during the day. Couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The Front Runners got everyone in the party mood and played banger after banger for the full time they were on. I think they made our young cousin’s life - future rock star in the making!! Once we were put in touch, they sent a form through with must plays and ones to avoid, meaning we got exactly the vibe we wanted. Honestly, no need to look any further, this is the band you need. Massive thank you to the lads!”
