“I just wanted to drop you some feedback on Riptide - in a nutshell they were freakin' awesome! Everyone has been raving about how great the band were - they really did work the crowd so that everyone was happy - from the 70 year olds down to the 6 year olds and most importantly us 30-40 year oldsWe're pretty particular about our music tastes and really didn't want a cheesy 'party' band so trawled through loads before finding Riptide. We're so pleased we did as it was like being at a gig rather than a family party.So on that note, please pass on our heartfelt thanks to the band. In particular for playing two of our requests - Muse's Supermassive Black Hole and Johnny Cash's Jackson - it made our night!”

Guests danced, guests sang and most of all a lot of guests asked "where did you find the band, they're brilliant." I spoke to Dan before the wedding and he helped queue up our first dance song, then launched into an amazing set which had people up and dancing in an instant.”

“Having booked bands through Alive Network for work I was really happy when we came across Riptide for our wedding. We booked them to do an acoustic set and 2 further evening sets and they were absolutely amazing (although that doesn't seem to sum up just how good they are). They have a great set list and once the acoustic set was over we were being asked by our guests if they would be back later in the evening and the compliments didn't stop there. Every guest we have spoken to (of all ages)has said just how good they are. They had pretty much everyone up dancing which was what we wanted and we honestly could not ask for more. I don't think we stopped dancing all night! Dan was fantastic in the planning of the wedding music including helping us with our first dance which they played live on the night. We can honestly say they are the best band we have seen at a wedding by a long way and would highly recommend!!”
