“Thrift Shop were absolutely excellent; so many of our guests commented on the quality and variety of their performance and we really loved their set list. They were polite, punctual, funny and entertaining and were able to fill the dance floor; gauging the mood of the crowd really well. The vocals were perfect and we were amazed at how pitch-perfect and well rehearsed every song sounded. The garage mash-up was hilarious and unexpected and we will never forget the sight of seeing our relatives raving to their take on 'Insomnia.' An excellent, contemporary band offering a set list that matches absolute classics with up-to-date releases - they can do acoustic and folksy; but also rocky, electronic and even rap...in Korean!”

“Thrift Shop arrived quietly and set up without a fuss, and just got on with it while the last minute preparations carried on around them. They started bang on time, and when I wanted to bring their second set forward a few minutes they were happy to. They were great, one of the band members (Chris) introduced himself when they arrived, and asked a couple of questions before setting up. They all looked smart and great on the stage, and were all friendly and chatty. They offered to leave the venue and find food and drink elsewhere while they weren’t playing, however I was more happy to have them relax and feed themselves at my party. I thought they were brilliant, and I can’t fault them, what talented chaps. I, along with the rest of the guests, was incredibly impressed with their performance. Thrift Shop were excellent, uber talented and enthusiastic. I would use them again at the drop of a hat, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Communication from Alive Network was also great, I can’t fault the service.”
