The Kicks were superb, in front of a potentially critical audience, some of whom played in bands themselves, no aspect of their performance or presentation could not be faulted. “We were thoroughly impressed with Alive Network. When our original band choice changed their line-up, Alive Network were very helpful and efficient in resolving the matter. Great customer service. We were absolutely delighted with the Kicks. They were such a nice group of people, so helpful and amenable. We had sent them a rather long list of songs that we wanted them to play during the DJ set and they played every one. We also asked them to perform a couple of songs which they had removed from their repertoire and they resurrected them for us. Their performance was absolutely fantastic! Everyone was up on the dance floor all night and everyone loved them! They brought such an incredible energy to the room and really made the evening. We have since had so many compliments from guests, all saying how great they thought the Kicks were. We can't express how happy we were with the Kicks and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. ”

“We were recommended to entrust the entertainment for our daughter's wedding to Alive Network & through them, The Kicks. We did not know the band before but were impressed with both websites & sample tracks. Rebecca, from Alive Network, was always very professional & friendly when we communicated by e mail & telephone. I spoke to Mark & Ian a couple of weeks before the gig & they were both very friendly & professional. They were also very flexible with their sets & the overall logistics for the day. We could not have been happier with any part of the whole procedure from start to finish. Why, we even danced to their sound checks!! A 'first' they said! I do thoroughly recommend both Alive Network & The Kicks, it took a huge weight off my shoulders. Thank you. ”

“Alive Network provided access to one of the best wedding bands we have ever seen, The Kicks. Nothing was too much trouble, even learning a song that was not on their playlist. They also worked with one of our friends to put on a surprise performance too. They rocked the whole wedding and everyone young and old were on the floor dancing! Amazing. ”

We were so keen not to book the usual bland wedding band, especially as the groom and half the reception had at one time or another been in various local rock bands. The Kicks managed to merge old and new, rock and pop with real class and clout. We had a few people asking where we had found the band and have even received comments that it was the best wedding they had ever been to!”

“The Kicks were absolutely brilliant. The dancefloor was never empty which I guess is the usual concern at a wedding. I would say 90% of guests were there dancing to 'Hey Jude' at the bitter end - including some elderly relatives. I was very impressed by their professionalism especially considering we ran an hour late. The choice of songs were spot on and they really are great performers. We are so pleased that they exceeded our expectations as we held a special dinner party prior to the wedding to choose the right band. We went through about 50 artists on Alive Network and played their audios to our friends and each were marked out of 10. The Kicks came out on top by some way - and they didn't let us down. We honestly couldn't have been more pleased. Our guests loved em'. Cheers guys! ”
