Gemma provided clear, prompt communication and answered my queries patiently and completely. Status Cymbal were the perfect choice for my wedding. We married in an evening, candlelit ceremony at a beautiful Elizabethan hall in Suffolk and they played a wonderful repertoire of classical pieces before and during the ceremony, and at the drinks reception afterward. I would recommend them to anyone as they were extremely well-organised, courteous, timely and beautifully rehearsed. The beautiful music added so much to our day and our guests loved them.”

They were also happy to get on with things themselves as I was off getting married so out of contact, they were also very accommodating and professional when we had to move inside due to the rain! Clare’s communication was excellent she was always at the end of the phone or email for me, this is one big benefit of working with Alive Network. When I travelled down to where I was getting married I forgot all the musicians details at home but a quick google got my Alive Network’s phone number and 2 minutes later I had everyones mobile numbers in front of me so I could set my mind at rest – priceless!”

“This was an important event for my wife and I.. we wanted something our friends and family could remember as a really fun time so arranging the right entertainment was key. As soon as I began reading through the Alive Network website I knew this was a professional organisation. Terms of business were clear, and the choice of artists very extensive. When I’d decided on what I needed the actual booking was really easy and having a personal contact really made me feel confident that I was being taken care of. All promises of contact and pre-event checks happened exactly as was stated so I just knew there would be no issues on the day - and that meant I could focus on other aspects that needed my attention. The choice of Status Cymbal was an important and critical element to our event. We wanted someone who could entertain and offer a linkage through many aspects of the day... from our vows ceremony through lunch and into late afternoon. Status Cymbal handled this with absolute ease, varying the choice of music to suit the occasion and keep everyone in a celebratory mood. They checked with me at various points of the day as to what I needed and were great at advising as to what they could do to keep the guests entertained. Super musicians and very accommodating to ensure the day was as the paying customer wanted it. I couldn’t have asked for better!”
