I am very aware I can be critical and often believe that it is hard to find anyone that will meet my expectations - Richard exceeded those. He was professional, charming and relaxed. He was able to read the room and adapt, without any problems. When he started singing, he actually sounded as good if not better than his audio tracks on line.
