“Hi Lucy Just a quick email before we go away on honeymoon to let you know that everything went unbelievably well at our wedding on Monday. The day was absolutely perfect! Hipster were fantastic! Really nice guys, very professional attitude, and the unanimous opinion from the guests was that their peformance was outstanding. Their version of "Parklife" was out of this world. My only complaint is that I didn't see my bride all evening as I couldn't get her off the dance floor :-) After almost passing out after over-enthusiastic dancing to the first four songs, she eventually decided to ditch the dress and ended up dancing in tracksuit top and jeans for the last set!”

“Just a quick note to provide you with some feedback on the band. We both had a fantastic night. The band were absolutely fantastic and all of our guests have said the same. They were incredibly professional and very talented and they ensured that the dance floor was full for the whole function. I will gladly act as a independent referee for any future clients - my intial doubts about booking the band without seeing them play were totally unfounded - they really do sound as good if not better than the cd. Thanks very much for contributing to our special day and pass my regards on to the band.”

Everyone has told us how good Hipster were and of course we'll pass on your details to anyone who asks. Thanks for playing all the right songs and letting us relive some of our (long-gone) student favourites. And thanks especially for letting me sing Your Song at the end of the night - Sam was very touched and rather kindly she overlooked my singing voice! “I just wanted to drop you a line to say a big thank you to Hipster, who we booked to play at our wedding on March 15th this year. They were absolutely fantastic! I've never seen a dance floor fill so quickly and stay full for the entire evening. Our guests have all said how brilliant they thought the band were, and any band who can get my dad dancing must be considered entertainment geniuses! Totally professional and great musicians. The evening part of a wedding reception can often be something of an anti-climax but Hipster totally made our night! I would not hestitate to recommend Hipster to anyone and would be happy for you to use my comments accordingly. I should also like to commend Karen Aitken at Alive Network who dealt with my queries promptly and professionally and who did her utmost to accommodate my requests.”

““Dave, just back from the honeymoon. Thanks again for making the 18th such a great party. Feedback was all excellent - everyone had a really great time and even the least passionate about music was won over by your show. Doing Handbags and Gladrags for us despite never having performed it before was sensational .... and several people have commented that you made "Hey Jude" the song of the wedding. We really could not have been happier with what you did for us ... and you can put that on the web site (if you have any room left with your expansion). I can safely say that I will be happy to use Alive Network again for some of the corporate entertaining I am also responsible for.””
