“When looking for a band to play at our wedding, I was originally worried about booking a band and paying a lot of money without hearing them in real life. Clare from Alive Network worked hard to find us the right band, within budget and to reassure any worries we had. She couldn’t do enough for us when looking for bands and her efforts are not to go un-noticed, we cannot recommend Alive enough! If you are thinking of booking Hipster and you are reading this, all I can say is, if they are available, you’re lucky! Book them! Words cannot describe how good they are! A real top bunch of guys, really friendly, funny, approachable and we really welcomed having them at our wedding. I got the impression that they give 110% no matter what the gig, venue, occasion. Real professional and good guys. The minute they arrived I could tell they were the band, I believe my actual words were “wow, you’re a cool looking bunch of dudes, I guess you’re the band?” The videos and sound clips on the Alive Network sound good, but believe it or not, Hipster are ten times better in real life. I cannot describe how good they were, there were times when I thought I’d actually booked The Killers. Everyone was up dancing all night and the band made the evening, we have all been talking about them for weeks after the event and I’m desperately trying to find an excuse to use them again. Truly amazing and I cant recommend them enough! If you are in any doubt about booking a band over the internet, don’t worry, so was I , I’m the biggest pessimist going but once I heard Hipster warming up, I knew they were something special. Clare and Alive are a great team and treated our booking professional, securely and swiftly. A* from us so thanks again, Adam & Rachel Wilson”

Not only were me and my wife really pleased we booked them but the dance floor was constantly full, and most guests spent the next morning complimenting us on our band. Worry about other aspects of your wedding day like the weather, because if you book this band you have the entertainment nailed. Cheers again lads!”

“Just by looking at the sheer number of glowing reviews for this band you can tell you will not be let down and this review is no different. The band are amazingly talented everybody commented on how good they really were. They stayed to have a drink with us after the performance and what a sound group of lads they are. They obviously do this day in day out but they still seemed genuinely pleased to share in our wedding day. I would recommend Hipster for anyone planning a party they want their guests to remember.
