“I booked Hipster through Alive Network for our wedding on 22nd June 2013. I had previously heard Hipster play and I knew that I had to book them regardless of the cost. I booked Hipster as a suprise for my husband for our wedding and Hipster and Alive Network were very professional and kept the suprise for 2 years! Our wedding day was everything that we had dreamed of and Hipster set the stage alight for our us and our guests. They were professional, smart and most of all their talent is undeniable. “We were absolutely delighted with Hipster's performance at Laura & Peter's wedding on 18th May. They were the highlight of the evening and everyone there thoroughly enjoyed their performance. I thought they were the best band I had ever seen at a wedding and I know others there felt the same. The place was really jumping with excitement, as the music kept on coming. We all had a fantastic time. Not only were Hipster great performers on stage but they matched it with the way they conducted themselves off stage. They set up their equipment quietly and efficiently, whilst the wedding speeches were in progress, causing no distractions. Between sets, I gave them my office to use, where they were "fed & watered". To my utter astonishment, they even cleared up after themselves before they left for the night. Admittedly not very "Rock & Roll" but I was delighted that they left my office in such a tidy state. Please pass on my grateful thanks to all the band. They were utterly superb and we really did appreciate them. I hope I get the chance to see them perform again. Regards, Glenn ”

“Hipster are by far the best live wedding band that I have ever seen. We had 190 guests at our wedding and every single one of them was on the dance floor all night, they were amazing. They sent us the set list two weeks before the wedding so we could choose our favourites, and then they picked the playing order and it was brilliant. They were polite, friendly and very approachable. We were running an hour behind when they arrived and it was no problem for them. To all the lads – thank you so much, you made our wedding night unforgettable with a great performance and we couldn’t have asked for anymore.”

You were really amazing, so many of our friends and family have commented how excellent they thought you were - a real highlight of the day. And a lot of the friends have also got back to us to say they sustained moderate to major dancing related injuries from the amount of time they spent on the dance floor! The booking procedure for securing the band was simple and easy and made us feel completely at ease knowing that the band would turn up for our big day. Rebecca, the booking coordinator was very helpful and efficient and answered our queries immediately. As for Hipster, they were INCREDIBLE!!!! They sounded absolutely amazing, so much so that several of our guests have been asking us who they were and how we booked them! For anyone who is wondering whether they should book Hipster for their event, I can honestly say 'DO IT'! You will not regret it, they are worth every penny and are true gentlemen!
