“The Gypsy Rogues were the perfect band for our wedding and we had a lot of fun. They were extremely helpful and very patient as well as providing great entertainment. I spoke to Dave a few days before the wedding and his advice was not to get stressed about timings etc. Just as well because the band were supposed to play their first set at 7:30 pm but eventually started at 10:00 pm after our speeches etc overran. The band had no issues with this and couldn't have been more relaxed and helpful. We had an issue with the microphones which they very kindly fixed. The music was just perfect and the dance floor was bouncing, they even let me join them for the last two songs of the night! Highly recommended.”

“My partner and I wanted a relaxed, fun wedding day with a ceilidh in the evening. We got in touch with Alive and shortly afterwards booked the Gypsy Rogues. They were absolutely brilliant! Whilst not everyone joined in (which is always the way) the vast majority did, and every single person that was up and dancing had a big smile on their face. We were all beginners but this didn't matter in the slightest. Everyone in the band is lovely and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them! Marc was great and very easy to deal with. Thanks!”

“Gypsy Rogues we’re fab! We had such a good time dancing at my wedding, they brought something unique to the celebration, and it was lovely to get young and old on the dance floor mixing together. They taught us some simple ceilidh dances and went at the right pace for us given that most if not all of us had never done this before. I would recommend them for any celebration, great fun!”
