Fantastic set from start to finish

“Evelyn and The Vipers performed at our wedding in August this year having booked them about a year in advance – and we're so glad we did! In the lead up to the big day, Alba (lead singer) liaised with us to come up with a set list perfect for us with the songs we liked from their repertoire, as well as learning a couple more new songs especially. On the day itself, the atmosphere was fantastic and everyone – the band, our guests and we – had an amazing time. Since then we've had a number of compliments from guests about the music. We couldn't fault the performance, and would not hesitate in recommending them!”

“Evelyn and The Vipers were simply the best and we couldn't have imagined any other musicians we'd rather had danced to at the end of our special day. They were very helpful and keen to discuss the playlist before the big day as well as confirming timings for set up and their sets. They listened to our ideas and made excellent recommendations. On the day, they arrived promptly (despite the wedding being in a field in the middle of nowhere!) and set up quietly in the background. We were able to time it so we could borrow their mic for our speeches which was very handy. All the members of the band were very polite and friendly. The music they produced was just fantastic and we had so many amazing comments about them. They played a mixture of classics and contemporary songs which allowed everyone to get going onto the dance floor in no time. Albas voice is just wow and the Florence and The Machine covers are sublime. If you want to party the night away with a fun, friendly band who have stamped their own unique vintage style and flare onto their covers I'd definitely recommend hiring these guys.”

We were so impressed by their professionalism and the communication leading up to our Wedding; especially, during and after our Wedding Reception was excellent. Their song repertoire is brilliant and they sound amazing! Our guests were so pleased and we all thoroughly enjoyed their sets. We highly recommend Evelyn and The Vipers. They will not disappoint!”

They went above and beyond to play some of our guests unusual songs, and really astonished everyone with their performance during our first dance, and the entire night. They had the entire audience up and dancing by the end of the night.”

“Me and my new wife hired Evelyn and the Vypers after hearing them on alive network. They made the long journey from Bristol to North Yorkshire and managed to arrive perfectly on time. However, our organisers were running about an hour and half late, which reduced the time they played for, which sucked. Alba was prompt with the emails and once arrived was very polite. Once they were able to set up they cracked on and played the night away beautifully and was really what me and Heather wanted, even learning everlong by foo fighters, which if they read this should be part of their long list of songs! Apart from a little hick up that we missed the part where some food should have been organised for them, which again the venue manager could not done a worse job of shouting at the bride about it, I went to see the band and it was sorted promptly and stress free. I would definitely hire them again and you should too!”

Everything from booking the band to the wedding day was so easy going, the band were so nice to talk to and they topped every expectation we had for the music! “Evelyn and the Vipers were an awesome addition to our wedding!! The soulful tones were exactly what we were after. Everyone at the wedding commented on how good they were, with one guest even saying they might be "the best wedding band they'd ever heard"!! We went with the option of an additional brass player. They were so cool and fun and it was clear that whenever they were playing, EVERYONE wanted to get up and dance! If you're looking for a band with a bluesy tone, hire these guys - you won't be disapointed!”
