“Everybody thought the band was great and loved the music; it was just the right mix of modern and funky stuff from the past and kept large numbers of 50 somethings (and several teenagers) boogying very happily and energetically – even those who don’t normally make a habit if dancing – it was irresistible! I very much appreciated the fact Pete also organised the ‘mood music’, manned the disco once the band had stopped playing and included the songs that were my particular favourites. The band were all very professional, pleasant and happy to accommodate all our requests. I would heartily recommend Dr D for any party giver looking for great music, favourite tunes and no ‘cheese’ factor. We would all dearly have loved to have kept on dancing for several more hours but we were stymied by London licensing rules! ”
