“We gave Kirsty such a broad range of genres and tastes for our joint 50th birthday but she managed to make it all fit together in a harmonious whole. Her eclectic choice of music drove even the most difficult guests to the floor and she kept the atmosphere buzzing throughout her set. I would recommend Kirsty, especially if you prefer more interesting and enticing sounds to the same old party songs.”

“Kirsty was absolutely perfect from start to finish - really chill, easy to work with, super inclusive, and a pro at keeping the dance floor going all night, which was our top priority for our wedding! She was professional and dealt with the venue directly, so all we had to do was have a call with her and send her a list of our top songs. From the very beginning, she was so friendly and we had absolute faith that she was going to smash it! All our guests commented on how excellent and fun the DJ was. We had the best night at our wedding and that was down to Kirsty’s talents!”

“Chloë & Richard Battersea Arts Centre, London (September 2023). We booked DJ KJF to DJ our wedding and we couldn’t have been happier. She was so friendly and professional at every stage leading up to the day, she provided really useful advice and took a real interest in building the perfect evening for our wedding. She was on top of everything and dealt directly with the venue so we didn’t have to worry about anything. Everyone at the venue commented that she was a joy to work with and so many of our guests have told us how amazing the music was! Can’t recommend highly enough!”

“Kirsty was amazing! Kirsty is a true professional! We booked Kirsty for my daughter’s 21st birthday party…. The whole process from booking to the event day was seamless …. .. Kirsty had an hour long virtual meeting with my daughter a month prior to the event, to discuss timings and also the set list (for her acoustic live set) and a playlist (for the DJ set) … Kirsty catered to all tastes and played everything my daughter had requested Kirsty was early – set her kit up and took it down herself !! … and everyone loved the entertainment Thanks Kirsty – we’ll be booking again !”

“DJ KJF was a breath of fresh air from her review page. We were looking for an informal and flexible DJ that would play ‘our tunes’, and Kirsty put us straight at ease with “one persons’s cheese is another person’s gold” – and really got to know our music tastes. She was incredibly laid back, accepting random additions to our playlist though (and was clear that was for a sample, not the entire playlist as she’d curate similar songs and link it all together). She turned up promptly, got herself setup with no fuss, and managed to keep the dance-floor full throughout the entire evening. I loved her choices, she worked magic. Wonderful DJ, would recommend.”

“We found DJ KJF (Kirsty) to be very professional and would highly recommend. Kirsty took the time to call us in advance and really discuss both the music choices but also the wider event plans including, working around the speeches. She contacted the venue manager and the saxophone player we had also organised directly, which was super helpful in terms of taking some of the organisation off our hands. Kirsty even recommended an improvement to the venue floor layout to ensure guests would be encouraged to hit the dance floor – which they did. At all times Kirsty documented what we’d discussed and arranged. Finally, the music was banging. Kirsty offered a broad selection of music and tailored her playlist to exactly the music we wanted. She even went to the trouble of finding the perfect version of our entrance music.”

She was super friendly and professional leading up to the event, and gave us an opportunity to dive into what music we'd like, as well as other finer details such as first dance, and closing tracks. On the day, Kirsty's setup was seamless and prompt; and her DJ set was entirely in line with what we outlined in a previous chat. She adapted the music expertly according to who was on the dance floor. She was super friendly to all of our guests, and even reacted very calmly and professionally when a guest accidentally pulled the plug on her kit! We couldn't be happier with Kirsty's performance, thank you for making our day extra special!”

“Kirsty was a dream and seriously helped make our day one to remember. She did all the leg work with speaking to our venue and taking that off our plates, we really had to do nothing other than send her a list of songs we liked and she took the rest from there! Despite it being one of the hottest days of the year (or feeling like it was) she didn't let this phase her and still pumped up people when they came in for a dance. We honestly felt like she was one of the guests and it really made us question how good she was compared to Djs we have witnessed at other weddings! A big thank you from us!”
