Its time to get on your feet and get moving! Our brand-new Virtual Dancercise Workouts are a fun and social way to combat isolation, stress & muscle stiffness!
Bringing people together from far and wide, be it family and friends or colleagues working remotely, our 15 minutes workouts create an uplifting positive atmosphere which will enhance daily life!
Hosted by your own professional dancer, our inspiring workshops are available via two different methods;
- Live interactive workshops in real time via video platform app, Zoom (standard method)
- A set of pre-recorded videos to be sent to you via web link (see booking options)
With a range of dance and exercise styles on offer, you can choose from;
- Strictly Salsa: A salsa themed workout!
- Ballet Barre: Work on your posture and strengthen core muscles!
- Yoga Stretch: Mobilise your joints and feel a sense of peace and calm!
- Pure Dancercise: A mix of dance styles to leave you feeling fully energised!
