About Paul
Paul Deacon has spent more than 30 years helping couples, companies, charities and organisations create events that are enjoyable, relaxed and exceptionally well organised. From weddings of every faith and culture to corporate conferences, charity galas, awards ceremonies and Masonic festivals, he has looked after more than 1,500 events in the UK and around the world.
Paul believes the best events are never "off the shelf". He will work closely with you to understand exactly what you want your day to feel like, what matters most to you and how you would like your guests to remember it. Every celebration is planned around you, not around a script, because no two events and no two clients are ever the same.

As a Wedding Organiser, he works with your venue, photographer, videographer, musicians, florist, caterers and every other supplier to ensure everyone works together as one team.
As a Master of Ceremonies and Toastmaster, he welcomes guests, makes announcements, introduces speeches, coordinates photographs, cake cutting and first dance, and keeps the day running smoothly from beginning to end.
As a trained Wedding Celebrant, Paul creates and delivers a completely personal ceremony that reflects your story, your personalities and your values. Every ceremony is written with you and for you, making it genuinely unique.
He is also an experienced host for corporate events, conferences, awards ceremonies, charity dinners, civic occasions and Masonic festivals. Paul has extensive experience with Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Sikh and Hindu weddings and is always happy to advise couples planning mixed-faith and multicultural celebrations. He can also make announcements in English, French, German and Spanish, together with a little Hindi and Urdu, helping international guests feel welcomed and included.
Experience
During his career Paul has had the privilege of looking after more than 1,500 weddings and special events, from intimate family celebrations to prestigious charity dinners and international occasions. His experience includes events attended by the late HRH The Duke of Edinburgh, HRH The Duke of Kent, HRH Prince Michael of Kent and HRH The Duke of Gloucester. He was also honoured to serve as Toastmaster at the Millennium Night celebrations in Monaco in the presence of HSH Prince Albert of Monaco.
Clients have invited Paul to work across the United Kingdom and internationally, including weddings and events involving families from Florida, Los Angeles, Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as celebrations at many of Britain's finest country houses, luxury hotels and destination venues.
Whatever the size or style of the event, Paul's aim is always the same: to work with you to create a celebration that reflects your personality, your traditions and your vision, while making the whole day feel calm, enjoyable and beautifully organised.
