Des was easy to get in touch with in the lead up, and we felt reassured throughout that the day was in good hands. Des worked closely with our venue coordinator and photographer to make sure everything ran smoothly on the day. Des is very professional and organised, he took time to understand how we wanted the day to go and on the day he was really engaged with guests which took some pressure off us. After planning, moving and replanning a post Covid wedding, we finally got our big day on 21st August 2021. We had attended weddings in the past where other guests were responsible for organising the flow of the day, introducing speeches etc but post Covid we really just wanted all of our guests and family to relax and enjoy our day as much as we wanted to. We didn’t want the stress of having to be in control of the timings of the day, we just wanted to be in the moment and enjoy it so we decided to hire a toast master to look after all of the details. We made a few enquiries with a couple of companies as our date was getting closer and closer, lockdown had been lifted and it was actually going to happen this time. Thank GOD Des had availability. From the second we spoke with him we knew we wanted him as a part of our wedding. We were on the phone for a good hour at least, talking wedding details alongside hip hop, trainers, business and more. We knew Des would fit right in, infact even enhance the vibe we wanted for the day of our wedding and we were 100% right. All of our guests were commenting on how amazing he was. The atmosphere was so fun yet relaxed and everyone including ourselves really appreciated how the flow of the day felt well organised yet entirely effortless. Des got stuck right in and felt like another guest at our wedding, we would have happily had him there even if he wasn’t working the event. The entire process of hiring Des was seamless and we would 100% recommend Des for anybody looking to hire a Master of Ceremonies. We don’t plan on getting married again of course ??, but we would absolutely ask Des to join us for any future events we would need hosting.
