The City Sound are a Swing, Jump Jive and Pop band that has been wowing audiences every week for over 10 years.

Fronted by singer/pianist Jeremy James, the band is perfect for weddings and corporate events and as well as being the first choice band for many wedding couples. The City Sound has been also chosen by high end clients like the Americas Cup Sailing Regatta, UEFA Champions League Final, Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss, Manchester United, Visit Britain, NW Regional Tourism Awards, Kodak, KPMG and Shell UK.

The band hold a unique setlist which will take you and your guests on a musical 'journey through time', starting with the Jazz & Swing era of the 1930’s and 40’s, passing through the Jump-Jive of the 1950's, and ending with a dancefloor-filling selection of pop & soul favourites from the 60's, 70's & beyond." Think Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin, Ray Charles, Lionel Richie, Tom Jones, Stevie Wonder and Barry White plus many more.

I would highly recommend this band, they play a great selection of dancing tunes, are clearly passionate and are extremely professional and friendly.
