The London Gents are a captivating musical duo whose unique blend of live instrumentation and DJing creates an exhilarating musical experience that keeps audiences grooving all night long. The London Gent’s journey began at Oxford University, where both Joel and Josh were members of the internationally acclaimed a cappella group Out of the Blue. This talented ensemble garnered widespread attention with their viral hits, catching the attention of the legendary Shakira, and leading them to reach the semi-finals of Britain's Got Talent. After graduating from their studies at Oxford, Joel reached the live finals of The X Factor UK, whilst Josh honed his skills as a backing vocalist for the likes of Tom Odell, Keane, and Orlando Weeks.
After their respective successes, Joel and Josh decided to combine their talents and create something truly extraordinary. The London Gent’s expertly crafted medleys showcase their stand-out vocals and instrumental prowess: expect pulsating guitar, electrifying synthesizers, and luscious live saxophone, as they seamlessly transition from one timeless hit to another.
These seasoned pros know how to engage a crowd, and will curate each performance specifically for the occasion. They typically offer 2 live sets of evening music (45 minutes each), though can also offer DJing or acoustic sets to supplement this.
