Award winning Southern Funeral Singers are one of the UK’s most experienced funeral singers, having sung at almost 500 funerals.
Classically trained soprano Toni and mezzosoprano Kirsty also have extensive experience performing as classical singers and in touring opera.
They also love to sing a wide range of music, including classic musicals and contemporary songs popular for funerals. (Check out their song list and audio samples for more details.)

Toni and Kirsty naturally adapt their voices to any space, from the smallest of chapels to cathedrals and outside woodlands.
Whether singing as a soloist or a duo, Southern Funeral Singers will add an elegant, dignified and respectful touch to any service.
They are also incredibly helpful with music advice and suggestions to help you plan the perfect farewell for a loved one.
Claims to fame:
- Toni has sung for Royalty and titled clients, at the Sydney Opera House, in Winchester Cathedral and the National Gallery. Families have booked her to sing at their family funerals, for the annual Stock Exchange Veterans memorial service, and arranges her own backing tracks.
- Kirsty has performed in hundreds of churches across the UK, as well as military messes, private country houses and the Tank Museum. She sung on a TV pilot show, for the Society of Distinguished Songwriters, and at a funeral accompanied by Ozzy Osbourne’s former pianist on the organ!
