Movement are a Staffordshire-based party band performing at weddings, private celebrations, and corporate events across the UK. Fronted by the charismatic Ruby, the band’s core line-up features female vocals, guitar, bass, and drums, delivering an energetic live show packed with contemporary pop, soul, and dancefloor favourites. For clients looking to create an even bigger impact, the band can expand to a 5 or 6-piece line-up with the addition of male vocals and saxophone.

Their carefully curated repertoire is built around songs that fill dancefloors, blending modern chart hits from artists such as Dua Lipa, Beyoncé, Bruno Mars, RAYE, Olivia Dean, Sabrina Carpenter, and Chappell Roan with timeless classics from Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, CHIC, Tina Turner, and Chaka Khan. Rather than sticking to a single genre, Movement tailor their setlists to suit the atmosphere of each event, whether that's contemporary pop, classic soul, disco, or a mix of crowd-pleasing party anthems.

Particularly popular for wedding evening receptions, Movement focus on creating a lively, engaging performance that guests of all ages can enjoy. Couples can include a complimentary first dance request, while an acoustic duo option is available for ceremonies and drinks receptions before the full band takes to the stage later in the day.
