Full Biography

More & More is an exciting collaboration of some of the best young instrumentalists of their generation playing their own innovative brand of totally improvised groove music. Drawing on elements of pop, dance, house, funk, jazz, balkan, and hiphop music, the band play covers with a raucous twist as well as original material.
Comprised of Bachelor and Masters Graduates from Trinity Laban conservatoire, this project is as revolutionary in its attitude towards performance as it is unconventional in its line up.
The Band is: Ben on alto and soprano saxophones, Greg on Tenor Saxophone, Alex on Baritone Saxophone and Rob on Portable, customised drum kit.

Together and individually they have played at venues such as The O2, Webmley, NIA Birmingham, The Royal Albert Hall, The Union Chapel, the Southbank centre, main stages at Shambala, Bestival, and Boomtown festivals, and have performed with artists such as Beverley Knight, Lee Ryan and Beardyman.

Corporate clients include Wembley Stadium, Linkedin, Green & Fortune Sea Containers, Swiss Shippers' Council, and British Airways i360 amongst others.
More & More are fully mobile (all the instruments are strapped to the players) so could go anywhere within the event if booked as a roaming act, alternatively they can also work as a stage performance - or both!!
More & More's explosive performances will leave you always wanting just that.

“Greg and the band were brilliant from beginning to end. Communication was fast and friendly, they were open to ideas and most importantly the performance was incredible - both musically and stylistically. This isn't your run of the mill stand and play band... the energy, dynamism and enthusiasm was top notch and really helped to get people moving throughout the ample set. The vibe was a mix of old school classics, modern pop compositions and great original numbers that felt completely in keeping with the atmosphere and added to the personal feel. By the end of the night they were up on chairs, right in the heart of the group, and it was the best night of our lives. Some people said it was the best wedding entertainment they'd ever heard, and they've been to a lot of weddings. Not only would I encourage anyone to book this band, I'd demand an invitation to the event. If there is one negative, I now have to stump up the price of a sax after being inspired to learn myself!”

“More and More brought our seaside wedding alive with their upbeat, intricately arranged sound. They really brought the fun to our wedding! They even arranged a song specifically for us (Toxic - Britney Spears). In terms of working with them, they replied promptly to our emails, listened to our preferences, arrived and performed on time and were really easy to work with, even though our timetable for our wedding changed quite a bit. Would rate them higher if I could - I couldn't get off the dancefloor - so much fun!”

“Just a quick note to say thank you to the band for an excellent performance last night. The guys were professional, organised and courteous, and entertained my colleagues no end. Please pass on our thanks to the band”
