About Owen
Owen is an artist and illustrator inspired by drawing on location.
Developing a love of art whilst at high school, Owen went on to study Dutch masters where he emulated their techniques in oils.
Following a move to London in 2013, Owen became inspired by the city’s architecture and energy… he began to start drawing buildings, locations and people on the tube in pocket sketchbooks.
What originally started as a hobby soon turned into a career, with Owen quickly being asked to draw for packaging, products, individuals, businesses and live events. Owen has since created artwork for Norfolk Coast Holiday Cottages, Radio Times, The Ivy, Battersea Dogs Home and more!
