Kemptown Manouche is a Brighton-based gypsy swing band capturing the spirit of 1920s–1940s Paris with their authentic Hot Club sound. Perfect for venues, weddings, celebrations, and special events across the UK and internationally, they bring the romance and energy of Django Reinhardt’s era to life with dazzling guitar solos, driving rhythms, and soaring vocals inspired by Ella Fitzgerald.

Formed through a shared passion for gypsy jazz, the members of Kemptown Manouche have performed alongside renowned artists such as Lulu Reinhardt, Sebastien Giniaux, Mathieu Chatelain, Remi Harris, Rino Van Hooijdonk, Kourosh Kanani, and Matt Holborn (London Django Collective). Their festival appearances include Love Supreme, Brighton Fringe, Swanage Jazz Festival, Vintage Escape Festival, and Shrewsbury Django Fest, and their client list features high-profile names like Pagani Automobili.

The core lineup can be expanded for a richer sound, with popular additions including violin, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, and snare drum—offering a flexible and unforgettable live music experience tailored to any event.
