With a career spanning decades, Dave has performed all over the UK and mainland Europe, seamlessly blending his saxophone talents into genres including soul, R&B, jazz, blues, funk, and modern dance. He's especially known for his electric sets alongside DJs, bringing a high-energy, immersive experience to dancefloors and chill-out lounges alike.
A graduate of the prestigious jazz program at the Leeds College of Music (CLCM) in the late 1990s, Dave’s musical journey began much earlier—starting with piano recitals as a child and drumming in touring bands as a teenager. His formal training on the saxophone led him through the classic apprenticeship of playing in a swing big band, laying the foundation for a lifetime of live music.
Now, in 2025, with a humble yet distinguished career behind him, Dave Sax continues to deliver unforgettable performances wherever the music takes him.
