Atlantic Avenue is a party band specialising in corporate events, weddings, university balls and parties. Atlantic Avenue was formed by Andrew Davies (London College of Music Bmus) ten years ago, since then the band has gone from strength to strength performing over a thousand gigs including events for celebrities and television. The band performs throughout the UK and abroad.
Over the years Atlantic Avenue has gained a wealth of experience in live entertainment for their clients. Every clients needs are different in the entertainment they require. Atlantic Avenue are adaptable to any given situation, making them the ideal choice for live entertainment at your event.
Atlantic Avenue’s standard line up consists of a five piece party band, however can also provide up to an eight piece line up or as low as a four piece dependant on the clients budget and stage area. When choosing a bigger band you have the choice of adding a brass section consisting of saxophone, trumpet and trombone.
Members of the band are full time professional musicians and have played with the likes of Amy Winehouse, Joss Stone, Scouting for Girls, Seal, Eternal and Jamie Cullum.
The Atlantic Avenue party and function band are not just a soul band but play all genres of music ranging from current chart hits all the way down to the sixties. With the guidance of this fantastic band, Atlantic Avenue can make your special event truly memorable. The beauty of working with Atlantic Avenue is that they are approachable and happy to help with any queries promptly.
The band use high-end equipment creating the best sound possible from your venue. All electrical equipment is PAT tested and Soul Avenue has full public liability insurance to the sum of £10 million.
If you are planning entertainment for your wedding, Atlantic Avenue will happily learn your first dance and also provide a unmanned iPod DJ service during the band intervals, wher they can take requests but won't make announcements. They can provide a professional DJ at an extra cost.
