Full Biography
A vintage swing band dressed in authentic 1940#s Glenn Miller U.S Army uniforms. Swing 'n' Celebrate have a flexible line-up made up of multi-instrumentalists and singers, lead by Chris Smith - former composer for Herb Miller (Glenn Miller's brother), BBC Big Band and the Royal Varitey Performance at London Palladium.
Having performed for the TV cast of “Dad’s Army”, as well as performing for Dame Vera Lynn's Charity Balls, Churchill Cabinet War Rooms, the contestants of 'Strictly Dance Fever' and the Blackpool Tower Ballroom, Swing n Celebrate bring together together the styles of vntage Glenn Miller, Jive, Lindy Hop and great British War Time sing-a-longs.
