Soul Club was engaged to play at Plumpton Racecourse Ladies Day in September 2008 to add a touch of class to the event. In terms of the performance itself, it definitely did and I could not have hoped for a better band – absolutely flawless playing, great vocals and a perfect choice of songs for the event. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone, no matter what the event or the age of the guests. All members of the band were professional, well presented, and above all fantastic musicians.
