Ryan contacted me quickly and we had a chat, so I could relax that I had engaged the right person for the job. He played background music for our Annual Dinner in a very grand setting in Central London. He arrived early, very smartly dressed, made contact with the appropriate people and played delightfully. He was in a nutshell, professional, charming and the whole process and event was enhanced by his performance.
