Booking through Alive Network was easy, straightforward and well organised. The original artist we booked pulled out at short notice through no fault of Alive Network but was dealt with well by our Alive coordinator. Mark James's performance was very good and just what we were looking for. He started 5mins early and even decided to play through without a break which was great! Mark was polite, friendly and well presented. He also interacted very well with our guests. All of our wedding guests enjoyed his performance and many asked where we found him from!
