Alive Network were really helpful. Easy to get hold of on the phone. It all put our minds at ease. Mark James came across as a really nice guy on the phone before the event and this was reassuring. On the day he had time for a friendly chat; which was cool too. What we wanted was his unique take on the excellent tunes in his folio. He delivered a great set and our guest were very pleased with his performance.
