From the first contact, Vulcan was efficient and friendly. He answered any questions we had and was really professional. He sent 4 types of music for us to choose from and made us feel involved in the planning. He arrived on time and was lovely. It was a surprise for all the guests and even my new husband knew nothing about it, but he set up discretely, even though it was really cold. His performance was amazing and everyone was raving about it still the next day. He really made the evening for us and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or book him again.
