I want you to know that I, and many others that I came into contact with, were enchanted with your performances upon the Balmoral. I for one, found your operatic numbers in particular giving me goose-bumps and I know I was not alone. I realise that you were nervous at first but by the end you fully deserved your standing ovation and I was very happy for you. The cruise environment suited you well and you delighted your audience very much with your wonderful, touching voice. We are already looking for our next cruise (with Fred Olsen in particular) and it would be just wonderful to see and hear you again.
