Your phrase of “Big hairy goals” certainly hit home to many. That’s all I heard for the rest of the conference. To say they loved it is an understatement. On the questionnaire you hit a 6/6 every time! Apart from the fun factor, the concept of your presentation certainly gave the delegates food for thought and the most staunch of them left yesterday saying they were going to change their ways of dealing with things not only in the work environment but also in their every day to day life experiences.
