Her voice is powerful and she encourages the residents to participate and sing along with her. She dresses beautifully each time she performs and holds the attention throughout. Her songs are catchy and really put the residents in a good mood. We love the way she works her way around the audience to ensure that everyone gets to meet her and feel involved.
