“Both Alive Network and Backbeat were brilliant. Alive Network made organising a band for my wedding when living the other side of the world seem so simple! They were so efficient and professional – can’t fault them. Backbeat were just amazing, words can’t describe how pleased we were when we heard them play live. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. They did a fantastic job with our first dance song – it was an unusual request but they learnt it for us and played it exactly the same as the original soundtrack. This is exactly what we needed as we had learnt a dance routine and the first time we performed it with live music was for the actual first dance, so we needed it to be exactly the same, and it was, it was spot on! Everyone had such a great time at the wedding, there was always lots of people on the dance floor. Backbeat kept a song I requested until the end as well which made a great finale with everyone dancing in a big circle around me and my husband. It was definitely a night to remember thanks to Backbeat’s great music. Thank you so much for a fantastic night!”

We have such brilliant memories of our wedding reception, dancing the night away with our friends and families. The band got everyone up on the dance floor and that's where they stayed all night! “Dear Andy and everyone, We've just got back from our honeymoon and just wanted to say thank you so much for playing at our wedding in York on the 5th October. Everybody was raving about you and its not often you go to a wedding when the dancefloor is jam packed all night and ours was! I don't think we stopped dancing. It really was brilliant and everyone loved it. Also thank you for taking the time to put our song requests into the I pod Disco. We saw you enjoyed the Will Smith track at the end :) Also thank you for playing Greatest Day for our first dance ( or first shuffle in Daniel's case!)
