“We booked Academy for our wedding in October, having never booked a band before we went entirely on the mp3s and videos of the guys saved within their profile on the Alive Network website so were a little apprehensive. Once in contact with the band in the run up to the event I felt confident that the guys really did value our booking and would be fab. They were happy for us to make a few amendments to their planned set list as we weren't too keen on a couple of the songs and they were very accommodating with a last minute change of the song would like them to play on the night. The guys really were fantastic and made us so glad we booked them and not a DJ, they added so much to the enjoyment of the evening and had everyone up dancing all night. Even the ipod music in between their sets kept our guests on the dance floor. We would highly recommend them!”

“We hired academy for our wedding on 8th August 2015. They got in touch with us a month before the wedding which gave us the chance to discuss set lists and they were able to accommodate our song choices into their set and we opted for 3 lots of 40 minute sets throughout the evening. The band were professional and they really got people onto the dance floor which made for a great atmosphere and made it a fantastic end to our big day. Thanks in particular goes to the band for accommodating the groom's request to play a song off their laptop, as the band didn't have this song, they were happy to download the song on the evening and play it for us which was great. All of our guests commented on how great the band were, with such a varied set list and the dance floor was never empty which speaks volumes. We give academy 5 stars and would definitely hire them again!!”
