“We booked the Leaners for our wedding reception. I cannot recommend them enough for any occasion. As soon as we booked and after I reached out, Erica was so professional, timely and her communication was excellent. Erica and the band accommodated several specific requests. She spent several hours in the months and weeks prior to the event discussing what the best set up and options would be to suit our event and venue. This included arranging a violinist a week prior to the event. On the actual day, the band were punctual and professional. They played all of our favourites, including John Mayer, Pink Floyd and Eric Clapton. Their performance was absolutely exceptional, it exceeded all of our expectations, and it made the event so special. I can’t recommend Erica and the Leaners enough, I really hope our paths will cross again.”

Every member is a master of their craft and the energy in the room was electric the entire time. The dancing was constant and everyone was devastated when the curfew came. The learned L.A Woman for us and it was perfect. You will never regret hiring this band. Incredible musicians. Incredible people. Absolute pleasure to work with. They closed with Proud Mary and it was one of the greatest moments of my life.”

“After seeing The Leaners at a friend's wedding in 2024, we knew straight away that we HAD to book them for our own wedding. All I can say is that the band didn't stop getting compliments all night. They kept the energy, procured a great set list and kept the party going after their set with a DJ playlist. Erica's voice is fantastic and the drums, guitar and bass are equally incredible too. Special shout out to the drummer (sorry didn't get your name!) Who is able to sing & rap simultaneously whilst playing which is so impressive. We knew we wanted a live band rather than a DJ to ensure our dance floor was full and buzzy and The Leaners delivered that without doubt. After seeing them twice, I can confidently say you are getting a very special 4 piece band if you book them - with fantastic communication and excellent perfromance skills.”

“We booked The Leaners Band for our Christmas Party, and they were absolutely phenomenal! From the very first song, they brought incredible energy and set the perfect tone for the evening. Their first 45-minute set was packed with brilliant song choices that had everyone on their feet and dancing. Also to add to what was already a great night they sang a rendition of Happy Birthday to one of our staff members and learnt and performed a song by The Smiths for our CEO who is a super fan. For the second set, we decided to mix things up with a work ‘bandeoke’—and it was an absolute highlight! Staff members got the chance to sing their chosen songs with the band, and The Leaners made it unforgettable. They were so supportive, encouraging every singer and getting the whole room cheering and buzzing with excitement. One staff member said “it was a lifetime ambition unlocked to get to sing with a live band, absolutely incredible”. If you’re looking for a band with a fantastic repertoire and a fun, vibrant party vibe, The Leaners deliver in spades. Thank you for making this one of the best Christmas parties we’ve ever had!”
