The dance floor was full for nearly every song

“The band were fabulous! Tom who we communicated with prior to our big day really listened and understood our wishes. This was reflected on the day in the evening when the dance floor was full for nearly every song they played. I would personally like to thank the band for playing Sweet Caroline in memory of my mother who passed away last May. Thank you Tom and the band.”

“We booked 'The Arcadias' for our first outdoor music festival. The set list, quality of music and vocals, understanding of the event and audience were absolutely nailed. We explained what we were looking for across our two sets with the guys and they smashed it. The first hour was nice and chill whilst people were spending time eating and drinking and the second within a song had people up on their feet dancing well into the night. The communication from the very start was spot on and we didn't have a single issue. Thank you for your hard work and for providing first class music to our event!”

“The Arcadias performed at our wedding in August and were incredible. We were extremely lucky that we were able to book them up last minute after our band pulled out 2 days before due to COVID. As you can imagine we were stressed trying to find a band and I’m so pleased we found The Arcadias. On the day, we barely noticed they arrived which was great as the first we really saw of the band was the first dance and we got straight into partying! Their repertoire is brilliant and covers all the classic songs but includes some different ones which were great. In hindsight, I wish we’d book them from the start but I’m so pleased they performed on our special day and we would highly recommend them to anyone. 5 stars”

“'The Arcadias' are a fun, lively and very professional band who made our wedding day truly exceptional. Tom and I spoke prior to the day to ensure everything ran smoothly and they were very understanding with timings being flexible etc. They have an incredible set list and performed our requested first dance song (it sounded as good as the original!). We’d definitely hire them again and had about 10 guest inquire after them! The fact that the dance floor was never empty speaks for itself really! Thanks so much, Rosie & Scotty”

“What a great band! Thoroughly professional and organised; a great privilege to have them perform at our wedding. To start with, the initial organisation and preparation was made so easy by The Arcadias, even during all of the uncertainty surrounding weddings at the time. Liaising with Tom directly was quick, easy and personable. His wealth of experience was hugely valuable in tailoring the evening to meet just what we were after. The band’s offer to learn and perform our First Dance song was seriously undertaken, and they turned out a version of the highest quality on the day. Once in full swing, The Arcadias knew exactly which songs to play and when. They were energetic, skilled in their performances and were able to read the audience and increase the tempo. Ultimately, they were just great fun – toying with the audience as well as opting for big tracks in their second set. Most of our guests commented the morning after specifically on just how good The Arcadias were. Wherever one was in the venue, it seems that The Arcadias were heard and appreciated. Huge thanks again to The Arcadias. You were a massive hit and without a doubt made our night. Oli & Becky. ”

“We booked The Arcadias earlier this year and had only seen them online through some of the songs shown, using a band for your wedding we were always a little worried if they would match expectation. through setting up and playing the final song the never disappointed. brilliant song choices and fantastic singing. We cant thank them enough for making the wedding evening so good. Louise & Chris”

“Where to start, well, The Beach Boys - God only knows. This was the song for our first dance as Husband and Wife, and it was played superbly. From this point on, the tempo raised, the noise increased and the party got into full swing. The Arcadias are a well organised, engaging, experienced and bloody good fun band. Our guests the following morning, many with a thick head, asked where we tracked down The Arcadias as by far they were one of the best bands they had experienced. Alive Network do have a fantastic selection of bands but for us The Arcadias have the range and style that we enjoy. Hoping our marriage stays the course, we won't need to book them for another of our weddings though we will certainly be keeping them in sight for other events as well. Our advise - watch their videos to get a flavour and then book them and enjoy. Best Wishes Rachel and Christian Cole”

They were really easy to deal with – we had a chat before the wedding day to make sure we were on the same page then I could just leave them to it on the day. The music selection was perfect - exactly what we wanted – and we loved our first dance song which they learned especially. They had everyone dancing and having a lot of fun.”
