“Hello Mark, We didn't want you thinking we'd forgotten to say thank you for all the fantastic music at our Wedding. After six months, we've finally organised our Wedding album and are pleased to report that you made an appearance, having played such an important part in our ceremony, literally! Thank you once again for agreeing to all of our requests, you truly made our day unique. It's only a shame we didn't get to hear more of you, as we shivered outside for the photos, our guests haven't stopped raving about how great you were! We'll hopefully get to hear you again, even if it means stopping in Nottingham en route to Scotland. All the best in the meantime, Jean and Brian”

“We chose Mark to play at our wedding party in June as he offered both an acoustic set aswell as a DJ set , as well as playing slightly more 'indie' songs which suited us. Mark was great on the day, very punctual and friendly and created just the atmosphere we wanted. The original artist we booked pulled out at short notice through no fault of Alive Network but was dealt with well by our Alive coordinator. Mark Stevens's performance was very good and just what we were looking for. He started 5mins early and even decided to play through without a break which was great! Mark was polite, friendly and well presented. He also interacted very well with our guests. All of our wedding guests enjoyed his performance and many asked where we found him from! ”

Mark Stevens came across as a really nice guy on the phone before the event and this was reassuring. On the day he had time for a friendly chat; which was cool too. Mark is very relaxed and delivered on all fronts. When I was talking to him in advance of my wedding I was worrying about a number of different things and his confidence meant that his part was one less thing I had to worry about. He was spot on for our audience (wedding reception). He even got my friends dancing!
