“I cannot recommend Brown Sugar enough, they were a huge highlight of our day. I knew from the second we saw their set list they would be perfect for our wedding day, it was so hard to choose just 30 songs because we loved them all! I could have danced for hours longer, the whole band were exceptional and brought such incredible energy to our evening reception. Myself and James and all of our guests danced the night away and the dance floor was full which was something we both hoped for on our wedding day! Our guests have commented how incredible the party and band were and we are so grateful they could perform on our special day. It was the best day of our lives and I am already looking for another reason to book brown sugar!! Ben was also incredible in the run up to the wedding and made sure the DJ set included all of our favourite songs. Thank you so so much xxx”

“Brown Sugar were just INCREDIBLE! They were so communicative and flexible to our requests from day 1. They were so easy to get ahold of if we had any questions or concerns and went above and beyond. On the day they were absolutely perfect! Everyone commented on how excellent they were as performers and immediately got everyone on the dance floor, they brought so much energy, skill and enjoyment to our event. The saxophonist was just next level, everyone loved him and it was such a unique extra to have on the day! The guys even DJ'd for us between sets to keep the dancing going all night. We would 1000% recommend them for your wedding or event, they were just perfect and made the day even more memorable!”

“Myself and my husband always wanted a band for our big day and nothing felt more suited than Brown Sugar, so much so that we couldn’t resist having the Brown Sugar duo straight after the ceremony, to set the tone! My brother, who also plays in a band, wanted to add to our memorable day and Brown Sugar made the whole thing happen, were very accommodating and were led by my brother and the two songs he sang and played the guitar to! We have received so many beautiful words re our wedding and our suppliers, especially Brown Sugar, our wedding would not have been complete without the vibe that was set from the get go, guests danced all night long and we did not want the party to end!”

“Firstly the communication was so easy- which is a huge plus when planning a wedding. The band was easy going and so helpful, we gave the guys an idea of what we were looking for and left it in there capable hands to do the rest - which they completely nailed and had all of our guests on there feet. They also did a sax set for us, which was SO much fun and went down an absolute treat with our guests! The band were so personable, fun and friendly on the evening and really made our wedding reception a night to remember!”

“The band were so professional and not only sounded amazing but managed to get everyone on the dance floor which was a miracle! All contact was easy and well managed and even last minute song requests or changes were not a problem. They couldn't have been more accommodating which made stress levels on the day and during the lead up almost none existent. I couldn't have hoped for a better band on our wedding day!”
