Bollywood Mantra fuses the charm of Bollywood with a fresh and dynamic Urban sound.
Lead singer Shama has a beautiful voice that is unforgettable. A voice that captures the sweetness of India with an energy that is simply mesmerizing. Having received her vocal training from Smt. Swati Natekar and Smt. Krishna Chakraborty, Shama is a versatile and very capable singer who has performed to audiences around the world.
Born in Libya, Shama is very much attached to her Indian roots and its music. Impressively, she is one of every few artists who can boast having her own band at the tender age of 10 and has since performed regularly on Voice of Kenya TV before moving to the UK.
Accompanying Shama is a stellar 7 piece line up including 2 x male vocalists, keyboard, drums, lead guitar, bass guitar and Indian percussion.
Bollywood Mantra cover a huge repertoire of songs from Bollywood to Bhangra plus some selected English songs too!
