My mum and dad danced their way through the party and that will be in my memory forever.

The King Bees performed for my 50th birthday garden party at the end of August this year under a gazebo after a downpour earlier in the day. I was a bit stressed about 60 guests and poor weather but when they arrived they set up with no fuss, they oozed positivity about the party and made no demands on me other than to check out what I wanted for my party. They were flexible, easy going and focused on my ambitions for my big birthday party. When they began their opening number I was immediately astounded by the high calibre musicality that filled my garden and they even brought the sun out! The songs flicked between classics we all know and love and more recent hits with a twist. Before long, my octogenarian parents were jiving and my friends were playing along with the spoons and tambourines. Songs were interspersed with the cheesiest of jokes which kept everyone chuckling and when I looked round every one of my 60 guests was singing along, tapping, nodding or playing air guitar. My mum and dad danced their way through the party and that will be in my memory forever. The King Bees made my party the best it could possibly be. They went with the flow and responded to the crowd, they were relaxed and they are such skilled musicians. I only wish their set could have gone on all night. I hope to meet or see them again, they were amazing; thanks lads X
