Robert played to a discerning audience at the newly refurbished Black Swan Hotel, Pickering, North Yorkshire. Robert quickly used his skill and charm to put the audience at ease so that they were attentive to his music but also able to converse with each other. Easy to listen too, Robert effortlessly moved between different genres of music, from jazz, pop and rock to rhythm & blues, motown and soul, displaying a wide range of musical influences. He combined well known with lesser known songs, from different decades. Something for everyone.
