How far in advance do I need to book?

The most popular singers will get booked 12-18 months in advance, but 6 - 9 months is usually enough to ensure a reasonable choice of artists. The more time you leave yourself, the better choice you'll have.

How long does it take you to set up and how long will you play for?

Most professional acoustic wedding singers can easily set-up within 30 minutes. A standard performance time would be 2 x 45 minute sets, but it's also common to book a 1 hour set, or 2 x 60 minute sets. Are you able to perform outdoors?

Yes - but you must ensure the artist has access to suitable cover in case of poor weather, and access to a safe power supply for their PA system.

Will a guitar singer offer any packages like extra members or a DJ service?

Most acoustic guitar singers will provide background music in between their live sets, and some offer a full DJ service after their live sets for evening bookings, although this is usually at an additional cost. Alive Network can also tailor a wedding DJ and guitarist package for you.
